A patient portal and practice platform for fully remote medical care in an independent practice.
Origin
Years of clinical work in telemedicine revealed the need for a patient app that supports more than isolated appointments or messages. Since no suitable platform existed for fully remote care, the system was developed for my own medical practice.
Requirements
Represent the complete path from registration and onboarding through appointments and medical requests to ongoing treatment in an interface that works for both patients and the practice.
Implementation
One platform combines the patient portal, internal patient administration, and automated practice workflows. Particular attention is given to ease of use, which regularly receives positive feedback from patients.
Project scope
Registration, onboarding, appointment booking, medical requests and forms, doctor-patient chat, documents and certificates, video consultations, internal patient administration, and additional functions for ongoing telemedical care.
